ORDER ISSUES

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We usually ship within 24 hours from the receipt of your order. Once your order is prepared to ship, you will receive a shipping notification that contains a tracking number. The tracking information will link to FedEx or local couriers.

We offer Ground Shipping and have a 3-5 Business Day (Monday-Friday) delivery window except for engraved bottles. Orders containing engraved bottles have a delivery window of 7-10 Business Days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is prepared to ship, you will receive a shipping notification that contains a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. The tracking information will link to FedEx, UPS or local couriers.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Should any product be damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of the damaged bottle, as well as a photo of the package in which it arrived clearly showing the label and tracking number, so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company.

Shipping and Handling charges will NOT be refunded.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

There’s no return or exchange and all sales are final. Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver shall be refunded for the amount of the product only. The shipping charges will not be refunded.

ENGRAVING ISSUES

WHAT CAN I ENGRAVE?

You can customize most of our bottles for your special occasion and event!

When adding your message to a bottle, please have in mind that the number of engraving lines and characters vary per product and engraving is only limited to alphabetical characters.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES THE ENGRAVING TAKE?

Customized and engraved bottle orders will take 3-6 business days to process. Once your order is prepared to ship, you will receive a shipping notification that contains a tracking number.

WRONG ENGRAVING! HOW CAN I CORRECT MY ENGRAVING? 

If you receive an engraved product with wrong engraving, please take a photo of the engraved message and email our customer support team at customerservice@liquorgate.com .

We ask you to check your order confirmation email once the order is placed to ensure that your engraved message was entered correctly. If, when placing an order for an engraved bottle, you make a mistake, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee an engraved message can be changed once an order has been placed.
