    Bayou Rum Select showcases deep mahogany in color with hints of apple, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. This demi-sec style rum delivers a balance of vanilla oak, maple and cinnamon on the palate and rounded with structured, lingering notes of oak and dark fruit. Aged for up to three years in American Oak X-Bourbon barrels using the Solera method.
